training Plans

5K Beginner Training Plan - 12 weeks                                                                                       $39.99                 
This training plan is designed for the beginner runner.  The plan requires 2 hours per week of training during the initial week and gradually builds to 3.5 hours per week.  The plan also includes 4 Functional Strength Training routines.  Each strength training routine is roughly 30 minutes in length and requires no fitness equipment.  If you have any questions about the plan prior to or after purchase I am always willing to help and answer questions.
