Sam farnsworth LMT, BCTMB, CPT

Sam is a strong advocate for the power of fitness to unite people, while improving personal well-being.  He has more than 30 years of endurance sport experience, including 14 years of coaching at every distance, including trail/road running, mountain biking and triathlon. Sam is also a bodyworker, focused on orthopedic treatment.  His detailed knowledge of movement patterns, provide a unique perspective on strength, mobility and gait training.

Sam works with individuals that have a wide range of goals: from starting running to increasing distances. He will work with you to establish goals and consistency while sharing the ins/outs of endurance training.  Strength, nutrition and running equipment and race execution are also key items to your coaching services.   Consistency opens the door to opportunities. As a coach it is important for me to understand each individual’s physical and mental strengths and weaknesses, working attentively with them to develop fitness and self–confidence.
