If someone tells you that you must eat this way or that way- stop! This is not how to cultivate a healthy lifestyle and enhance your athletic performance. ZenduranceNow works with each athlete individually to develop nutrition that is right for you. We consider gender, activity levels, dietary preferences, willingness to cook, and time. This is a process that we will walk through with each athlete. |
SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY:
ZenduranceNow has educated and trained coaches on our team that will help you with the mental, emotional, and spiritual side of racing, training, and your overall journey. This could mean working through race day nervousness or longer term issues surrounding addictions and disordered eating. |

- Training Peaks account with a bi-weekly individualized coaching

- No contract coaching. We believe coaches and athletes need to be able to fit and work together. You can cancel or change your plan at any time
12 Week training plan
$300 per plan

- One adaptation to the program at about 6 weeks
